Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : The aerobic exercise program consists of a treadmill fast walking exercise three times a week for 8 weeks. Exercise intensity determines the target heart rate according to the Karv
of the spare heart rate according to the Karvonen formula, then walk with 70 ~ 85&#37
of the spare heart rate for 8 minutes with the 3 interval. The interval is 3 minutes apart and progresses to 50 ~ 70&#37
of the spare heart rate. Finally, the finishing exercise should be performed at 50 ~ 70&#37
of the spare heart rate, and it will take a total of 50 minutes. After 6 weeks, in the HAIT group, preparatory exercise performs 50-70&#37
of the maximum heart rate for 5 minutes, and exercises the walking at 85-90&#37
of the maximum heart rate for 4 minutes with 5 intervals. During the interval period, exercise is performed at 60&#37
of the maximum heart rate for 3 minutes. Finally, the finishing exercise should be performed at 50 ~ 70&#37
of the spare heart rate, and it will take a total of 42 minutes. The LPT-HAIT group will be divided into Period I and Period II for 3 weeks each for 6 weeks, and exercise training will be performed b

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Patients within 3 weeks of acute myocardial infarction (b) Low-risk and moderate-risk groups that cause cardiovascular events during exercise training (c) Patients who can walk on a treadmill (d) Those who voluntarily agreed to the purpose and method of this study (e) Adults 19 to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) History of previous percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery (b) The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is less than 40% (c) High risk of cardiovascular accident during exercise training (d) There are neuro-musculoskeletal problems and lung diseases that interfere with exercise program performance (e) If you can not continue exercising for other reasons (f) Contraindications to Exercise Stress Test according to American Heart Association (Acute myocardial infarction within 2 days, High-risk unstable angina, Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias causing symptoms of hemodynamic compromise, symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled symptomatic congestive heart failure, acute pulmonary embolus or pulmonary infarction, acute myocarditis or pericarditis, acute aortic dissection) (g) Those who voluntarily disagree with the purpose and method of this study
