Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 19 years Symptomatic premature ventricular complex >6000 premature ventricular complex in 24-hour Holter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concomitant structural heart disease left ventricular ejection fraction <50% Use of other antiarrhythmic drugs Significant bradycardia (<40/min)
