Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent reconstruction surgery (embedding and elevation) twice during the period from July 2012 to February 2015 due to congenital microtia. 2. Patients who had recorded vital signs (e.g. body temperature , heart rate , oxygen saturation , body temperature) at regular interval during anesthesia and who had no event during surgery. 3. Patients who were recorded at regular intervals with recovery room and POD 0 / POD 1 / POD 2 days of vital signs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a fever > 37.5 degrees before surgery. 2. Patients with missing vital sign (e.g. body temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temperature) record in anesthesia record. 3. Patient with missing vital sign(e.g. body temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temperature) recording in recovery room and ward in POD 0 / POD 1 / POD 2 days.
