Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiology class(ASA class) 1 to 3 ASA class1: Healthy patients with normal physical condition except for the disease to be operated on. ASA class 2: Patients with a mild systemic disease (e.g. smokers, social-level drinkers, pregnant women, under-medium obesity, well-regulated hypertension, diabetes) ASA class 3: Patients with severe systemic diseases (e.g. severe abnormalities that may impose functional restrictions, high blood pressure, diabetes, morbid obesity, active hepatitis, alcoholism, pacemaker inserts, patients with blood dialysis, signs of myocardial infarction three months ago, stroke, etc.) super-aged patients over the age of 80 who have surgery on their lower extremities for spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a patient who cannot measure with an tympanic membrane thermometer, or renal failure patients whose urine volume is not maintained or who cannot attach the temperature sensor on the forehead
