Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20-70y & American Society of Anesthesiologists patients Classification I or II Forearm orthopaedic surgery Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse Brachial plexus block local infection, amide anesthetics(ropivacaine) hypersensitivity Hypersensitivity or allergy of dexmedetomidine Neuropathy Uncontrolled DM Significant pulmonary disease Significant cardiovascular disease
