Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. elderly patients: The patients were included 65years or older inpatients reserved for elective surgery under general or regional anesthesia and who could understand questionnaire. And patients who were hospitalized the day before surgery. 2. Family protectors included in the study were in the room with the patient when the questionnaire goes on and could communicate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. exclusion criteris of patients: Patients scheduled for surgery under local anesthesia, and those who have difficulty conducting survey and interviews 2. exclusion criteris of family protectors: those who have difficulty conducting survey and interviews
