Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Those who have not developed musculoskeletal or nervous system diseases that may affect the one leg standing within the last 3 months - who have no mental problems - Those who can stand one leg for more than 10 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who can not exercise a leg without compensation - Those with lower back pain or back pain. - Persons with cognitive and communication disorders - Those with cardiac arrestor and heart disease - pregnant woman
