Drug : In the final stage of total knee arthroplasty, a mixture of triamcinolone(1ml), 0.5&#37

ropivacaine(20ml) iis devided into 14ml and 7ml fluid, and 14 ml fluid was mixed with normal saline to make 50 ml and injected around the posterior capsule, femoral attach of medial collateral ligamen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty due to degenerative osteoarthritis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged 55 years or less, 85 years or more, preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists score (ASA) of 4 or more, post-traumatic arthritis, secondary arthritis, patients who underwent bilateral total knee arthroplasty simultaneously were excluded.
