Interventions

Others(Suboccipital muscle inhibition) : For suboccipital Muscle Inhibition (SMI), the subject will be placed in a supine position on the bed to close the eyes. The researcher sat on the chair of the
s head and placed both palms on the subject&#39
s cervical and applied pressure to the subject&#39
s nose and head (upper front) with the fingertip of the researcher under the atlas, and will induce relaxation of the suboccipital muscles for 4 minutes. Subjects in the control group will be supine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study will be conducted on twenty-four adults in their 20s who voluntarily participated in the experiment. Psychosocial well being index should not exceed the moderate stress index between 9 and 26 Do not take any medication, including caffeinated foods, within 48 hours of measurement. In finger floor distance test, the person whose fingertip does not touch the floor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with musculoskeletal and psychiatric disorders within the last 6 months Anyone taking any medication within the last 6 months
