Others(Lactobacillus plantarum) : - Subjects in Lactobacillus plantarum group consumed 100 mg (live Lactobacillus plantarum: 1.0 x 10 ^ 10 CFU) of powdered Lactobacillus plantarum once a day for 7 day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who have decided to voluntarily participate in this study and have agreed in writing to the subject agreement. - Those who can understand and follow the instructions, and participate in the entire period of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have severely impaired renal function or liver function. - Those who are currently on medication to treat other diseases. - Those who have side-effects such as abdominal pain and diarrhea when taking lactobacillus or Probiotics. - Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months (90 days) before participating in this study.
