Inclusion criteria: Adult patients less than 65 years undergoing elective orthopedic surgery under regional anesthesia in CHA Bundang medical center American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with rash or infection at the forehead Patients who cannot be inserted the tympanic temperature probe
