Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA class I - III, adult patient over 18 years of age undergoing elective angioplasty for peripheral vascular disease under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? ASA class IV and up ? emergency surgery ? major coagulopathy expected to increase risk of major bleeding episode due to ultrasound-guided sciatic & femoral nerve blocks ? lack of cooperation to perform ultrasound-guided procedures ? lack of medicatl records (esp. Ankle Brachial Index)
