Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ischemic stroke admitted within 48 hours of stroke onset, those with non-cardioembolic ischemic stroke, and those with prior use of aspirin before a new ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who used anticoagulants during admission or at discharge and those who did not use antiplatelet therapy during admission or at discharge.
