Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling men over 60 years of age 2. Those who were able to walk without a mobility aid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. known cardiopulmonary disease causing chest pain or dyspnea during activity 2. uncontrolled musculoskeletal pain 3. the presence of diseases, such as glaucoma, aneurysm, or pulmonary artery hypertension, which would prohibit the Valsalva maneuver 4. participation in other clinical trials within the last four weeks 5. In the case of subject is deemed to be having trouble participating in the test until the end. 6. The level of dyspnea during activity was more than two points on the modified Medical Research Council dyspnea scale
