Drug : After lobectomy using video thoracoscopic surgery, neostigmine and sugammadex were randomly assigned to patients at the end of anesthesia and compare neostigmine and sugammadex&#39
s effect. once after surgery, 0.05mg/kg, 2 mg / kg, respectively, by intravenous line

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists status Classification I, II or III 2.Patients who were 18 years or older who agreed to participate in the study 3.Elective VATS lobectomy performed at our hospital (operation name after surgery)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Surgery other than VATS lobectomy: wedge resection, pneumonectomy, etc. 2.If you have previously undergone VATS lobectomy 3.If you have previously had a pulmonary lesion (eg, pulmonary TB) 4.conversion to open thoracotomy
