Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients over 65 years of age who undergo orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients and caregivers do not want to participate this study. American Society of Anesthesiologists classification ? or more Patients with a BMI greater than 30 A history of neuromuscular deficit or major psychiatric disorder Drug or alcohol abuse Poorly controlled hypertension, Presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Heart or renal failure Chronic opioid or sedative use Hypersensitivity to sevoflurane anesthetics
