Inclusion criteria: Patients who will undergo lung surgery requiring one-lung ventilation by endobrochial intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing to attend this study Patients under 18 years old No evicence of lung sliding by lung ultrasound before anesthetic induction Old patients above 65 years old who cannot express his willingness to participate in research Patients who are vulnerable subjects except for the elderly
