Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 2.5 to 3.6 kg Infants undergoing elective general surgery Patients whose parents agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Intubated patient 2) Paitnets with oropharyngeal mass or foreign body 3) Paitnets requiring oxygenation by other than endotracheal intubation (e.g.distal airway obstruction)
