Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : Patients with histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma and =cT4a tumor were randomly assigned to the 2D or 3D group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma patients (2) Patients aged between 20 years and 80 years (3) Patients whose adenocarcinoma did not penetrate adjacent organ (4) Patients whose cancer could be radially resected. (5) Patients who agreed to participate in the study after hearing the outline of the study(If family or guardian does not want to notify the patient, get consent from family or guardian). .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who has abdominal operation history including gastrectomy (2) Patients who need adjacent organ resection. Patients who need splenectomy for lymphadenectomy are also excluded. (3) Patients who are currently being treated with systemic inflammatory disease or have a history of treatment.
