Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical practitioners who have engaged in actual cooperative work in public, private, or university hospitals performing collaborative care. 2. Those who voluntarily agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person who is engaged in collaborative treatment for less than one month
