Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who receive laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia by endotracheal intubation 2. 19~48 years old female patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patient 48 years old 2) American Society of Anesthesiology class > 2 3) present gastrointestinal disease 4) Laxative use 5) hypercalcemia 6) History of gastrointestinal surgery 7) Abnormal levels of serum electrolyte 8) Abnormal levels of thyroid hormones 9) DM patient 10) Allergy about medicine which is used in study 11) patient who does not fast more than 8 hours 12) patient who has been taking oral contraceptive
