Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)50 years old or older every patient those have femur fracture -this include femur neck fracture, intertrochanteric fracture, subtrochanteric fracture 2) These patient had surgery of biopolar hemiarthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, open reduction and internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) After 3month of operation those cannot walk 2) a decline in cognitive ability
