Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Endoscopic submucosal dissection(Absolute indication or Extended indication) in patients diagnosed with early gastric cancer Endoscopic submucosal dissection is planned and preoperative tissue biopsy is performed with high grade dysplasia Tumor size greater than 10 mm
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Among those diagnosed with early gastric cancer, those who are not absolute and enlarged indication of endoscopic submucosal dissection Patients with a history of gastrectomy, patients with major organ dysfunction
