Procedure/Surgery : Patients who undergo shoulder arthroscopy are divided into three groups. Ultrasound guided interscalene brachial plexus block is performed before induction of general anesthesia. F

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are classified as I, II, III according to ASA 2. Patients who were 20 years old or older and 70 years old or younger who agreed to participate in the study 3. Patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery in Dong-A Univeristy hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an infection at the site of the operation 2. Patients with chronic opioid addiction 3. Patients with morbid obesity(BMI>35) 4. Patients with preceding neurological deficits 5. Patients with bleeding tendency 6. Patients with allergy on Ropivacaine 7. Patients with uncontrolled DM 8. Pregnant women 9. Patients with psychosis 10. Refusal from patient
