Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hemiplegic stroke patient Duration of stroke onset >=3 mo First-ever stroke Cognitive intact (K-MMSE >=25) Spasticity (MAS grade <=1+ MRC scale of affected upper extremity : MRC 2-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multifocal or bilateral stroke Recurrent stroke Uncontrolled medical illness Age<20 Neuropyscholocial or neurological disorder other than stroke before stroke Unable to perform outcome measure-related task Aphasia Dementia Pain or disorder affecting upper extremity rehabilitation
