Drug : Experimental group : 12-week PPS + a-blocker combination therapy in patients with interstitial cystitis / Control group : 12-week a-blocker treatment in patients with interstitial cystitis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Those who are clinically eligible for interstitial cystitis criteria - 45 years old or older - Those with an IPSS total score of 8 or higher - voluntarily agreed to this study in writing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those who have undergone intravesical treatment (Hydrodistention, DMSO, intravesical PPS) within 4 weeks - who underwent cystoscopy within 4 weeks - Those taking antidepressants, antihistamines, anticonvulsants, anticholinergics, and Beta3 agonists within 4 weeks - Positive test for urine cytology in pre-test - Positive culture test for pre-test - Those who can not use the portable urine recorder
