Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Open gastectomy under general anesthesia 2. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1,2,3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. side effect of local anesthetic agents 2. chronic pain disorder 3. phychologic disorder 4. major depressive disorder 5. serum creatinine > 2.0 mg/dL 6. platelet count < 50,000 7. coagulation abnormality [PT(INR) > 1.5 or aPTT > 40 second] 8. body weight < 50 kg
