Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were patients with Parkinson’s disease who have been diagnosed by a neurologist, all subjects were taking anti-Parkinson drugs and were classified as "on-state", indicating that the drug was effective, Hoehn & Yahr scale grade (3 or less),and those who understand and agree with the contents of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were orthopedic and Neurosurgical surgery, a person with cardiovascular disease and high risk of falls, Those with a score of less than 24 in the Korean version-Mini-Mental State Examination, and those participating in other exercise programs.
