Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Those who understand and agree with the purpose of the research. ? Middle-aged women from 40 to 65 years of age ? Those who are in a state of consciousness and able to communicate ? Those who complain about the symptoms of shoulder myofascial pain syndrome · Those who are complain the shoulder tenderness · Those who are complaining the difference sensation in a soft nodule · Those who complain in the shoulder pain when moving

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who had surgery on the scapula region ? Person with severe pain at rest ? The person who has a structural problem(dislocations, deformities, fractures, etc.) ? Those who have limitation of joint movement by 60 degrees of flexion, 60 degrees of abduction, 20 degrees of external rotation, and 30 degrees of internal rotation (less than 1/3 of normal range) ? Those who have been diagnosed with shoulder disease such as rheumatism, osteoporosis, bursitis ? Those who taken shoulder related medicine such as antibiotics, analgesics, steroid medicine, etc ? Person with acute or chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, mental illness
