Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled to undergo atrial fibrillation catheter ablation of 20 to 80 years 2. Left atrial size of atrial fibrillation patient <55mm 3. Patients with anticoagulation and antiarrhythmic agents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Atrial fibrillation associated with a severe cardiac malformation or structural heart disease that is hemodynamically affected 2. Patients with severe renal insufficiency or difficulty in CT imaging using contrast media 3. Repeated radiation exposures with inadequate additional CT scans 4. Patients with a history of past atrial fibrillation catheter ablation or maze surgery 5. Patients with active internal bleeding 6. Anti-coagulation and antiarrhythmic indications 7. Valvular atrial fibrillation (mitral stenosis> grade 2, mechanical valve, mitral valve repair) 8. Ejection fraction <30% 9. Severe co-morbid illness 10. Patients whose survival is expected to be less than one year 11. Drug or Alcoholic Patients 12. Other patients who were judged to be ineligible for participation in the clinical trial
