Drug : In experimental group, they would take the hyangsa youkgunja tang extract for three times a day, 5g each eime 8 weeks with antiemetics, in control group, they just take antiemetics,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the cancer patients who complain nausea, vomiting and anorexia even if taking antiemetics 2, NRS of anrorexia is over 4 3. life expactancy is more than 3 months. 4. their age is 20-70 5. they have no problems in languagem expression and concentration 6. those who can follow up during the trial 7. those who voluntarily decide to participate and signed the consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who have hypersinsitivity with hyangsayoukgunja-Tang 2. Those with genetic problems such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-calactose absorption disorder 3. major mental illness, such as major depression or mental illness; 4. Those who have difficulty eating food due to stomatitis, glossitis. 5. Liver function test, kidney function test, more than twice the normal level (AST, ASL 80 IU/L, creatine 2.4 mg% or higher) or moderate liver and renal failure patients 6. Hb<8.0 or below 7. pregnancy and lactating women
