Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the donor who receive living donor liver resection aged older than 19 and younger than 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - ASA physical status more than or equal to III - BMI > 30 kg/m2 - donor who intake H2 receptor blocker or Proton pump inhibitor - upper airway malformation, upper airway infection - history of major otolaryngeal surgery - mouth opening < 3 cm
