Medical Device : i. Patients should be treated with narrowband ultraviolet B phototherapy for three times a week for a total of 12 weeks. ii. There is a report of recurrence in about 60&#37

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage renal failure or with an eGFR of less than 60. 2. Patients who signed the written consent with explanation of the purpose, method and effect of the clinical trial 3. Within 1 year from the date of the study agreement, patients who had received the following ? or ? treatment for pruritus but did not improve symptoms ? the antihistamine or anti-allergic drugs which are specialized medicines with indication of pruritus, two or more consecutive weeks of systemic therapy ? ointment or topical therapy which are specialized medicines with indication of pruritus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of renal transplantation 2. Patients with systemic infection 3. Patients who are pregnant
