(5) Immediately after the sedation endoscopy and before leaving the room, record the vital signs of the patient'
s consciousness, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure.
- How to cope with hypoxia -
(Write in detail the following events)
1 If oxygen is administered, increase the rate of oxygen administration to
s name loudly or shaking the patient'
s name, or by stimulating the pain.
3 If hypoxia persists in oxygen administration and pain stimulation, order 0.3mg of flumazenil, a antagonist, if Midazolam is used. If pethidine is used, order 1A o
s judgment.
4 If hypoxia persists, first aid shall be implemented in accordance with the manual in order to secure the airway, Ambu bag ventilation, and injection.

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 65 years or older who are undergoing endoscopy for examination purposes ? Patients who agreed to this clinical research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients under 65 years old ? American society of anesthesiology physical classification (ASA) grade 3 or more patients ? Patients who declined to participate in this clinical research
