Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with degenerative lesions between lumbar spine 5th to sacrum 1st ages of 20 and 60 back pain duration of 3 months or more score of 21 or higher on the Korean version of the Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Index Back pain is more than 45 mm on visual analog scale A person with a straight leg raisr test angle of less than 70 degrees

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a person who have some painkiller cauda equina syndrome general contraindications to spinal manipulation surgery for degenerative disc Spondylolysis, Spondylolisthesis radicular pain or radiculopathy, or both, with the presence of neurologic signs central nervous system lesion
