Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) severe knee osteoarthritis (ICRS grade 4) patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty 2) patients who has voluntarily participated in a clinical trial and has signed an agreement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) OA with valgus deformity, (2) severe varus deformity ( >15°) or flexion contracture (>20), (3) bone defect more than 5 mm, (4) conversion TKA following osteotomy or unicompartmental knee arthroplasty, and (5) revision TKA
