Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-90 years old 2. when the screening upper endoscopy was performed and the video was recorded.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. when the observation time of gastro-esophageal junction was less than 10 seconds 2. age less than 20 years or more than 90 years 3. when the patient's cooperation was poor during exam
