Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old who diagnosed cerebral stenosis or cerebral artery occlusion and underwent cerebral bypass surgery under general anesthesia in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital from June 2003 to August 2017

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: hepatic diseases (AST or ALT > 40 IU/L, liver abscess, hepatitis or jaundice), diagnosed cancer patients chronic kidney disease (Cr > 1.4 mg/dl or glomerular filtration rate < 40 ml/min).
