Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - American Society of Anesthesiologist(ASA) physical status classification system I - III class - Patients with over between the ages of 20 and 74 - Body mass index (BMI) less than 30 kg / m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients who refuse to consent - Patients who are expected to have difficulty in the endotracheal tube intubation or positive pressure mask - Patients with severe heart failure or pulmonary disease - Patients with pulse oximetry less than 92% before induction of anesthesia - Patients whose pulse oxygen saturation did not increase to 100% even after preoxygenation - Hemodynamically unstable patient - Patients who have not fasted more than 8 hours - pregnant woman - Patients with history of gastroesophageal reflux, gastric diaphragmatic hernia, esophagectomy, gastric surgery - Patients with unconscious, cognitive, and psychiatric disorders - Ultrasound findings before induction of anesthesia suggest that solid food remains or the total area exceeds 10 cm2
