Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients between 20 and 80 years old ? Patient who is class I indication of artificial pacemaker ? Symptomatic sick sinus syndrome ? Patient with pacemaker inserted with AV hysteresis / DDD to ADI mode change function ? The person who understands the written description of the research method,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who had 2 or 3 degree block ? Patients with atrial fibrillation or chronic atrial fibrillation ? Patients with a PR interval of 350 msec or more ? Expected life within 12 months ? Pregnant and lactating women
