Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 1, 2015 to July 31, 2018, Patients with fluoroscopy-guided cervical interlaminar epidural injections at Pain Center of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital 2. Patients with neck pain disorders such as intervertebral disc displacement, spinal stenosis, or spondylolisthesis while satisfying the above criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.If a patient received more than one injection, only the first received injection during that period was included in the study. 2.cases without MRI in the PACS workstation at the time of assessment 3.complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), zoster-related pain,Cancer-related pain or other neuropathic pain

Rate of inadvertent injection into the retrodural space of Okada during fluoroscopy-guided cervical interlaminar epidural injection.

MeasureTime frame
Patient's age, sex and diagnosis, length of physicians’ experience at the time of the procedure, the epidural injection approach (level, laterality);Prior history of cervical spine surgery;Presence of central stenosis, foraminal stenosis and spondylolisthesis at the level injected, and presence of them irrespective of the level injected;Rate of space of Okada Injection by cervical level and number of injections performed at each level;Number of injection by approach of epidural injection and facet laterality;Rate of space of Okada injection by physician
