Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male/Female 20-55 years old Experimental group : Shoulder or Neck pain for more than 2 months, Experience of tenderness of UT more than twice over the past week, Numeric pain rating scale(NPRS) > 3, Pressure Pain Threshold (UT)- male : <2.9?/?- female : <2.0?/? Control group : participant without upper trapezius myofascial trigger points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any systemic disease a history of fracture or surgery in the shoulder Neurological diseases, internal diseases Psychiatric disorders Age > 55 or Age < 20
