Interventions

Drug, Procedure/Surgery : Non-opioid pain control protocol group: 1. Patient takes pregalbaline 150mg orally 2h before surgery 2. Just after induction of general anesthesia: Bilateral quadratus lumb
ropivacaine 25cc and bilateral pudendal nerve block using 0.2&#37
5cc are perfomed before skin incision 3. Patietns receives propacetamol 1.0g intravenously before skin incision and every 8 hour duing 48 h after end of surgery. 4. Patients receives tramadol 50mg
5). Opioid pain control group: 1. After the end of surgery, patient controlled analgesia devcie (a self-paced, self-injecting device, bolus only mode, morphine 1mg, rock-out time 5 min) is connect

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colectomy at Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital 2) Patinetns who are 20-75 years old. 3) Patients who graded as American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II 4) Patients whose main skin incision length is expected to be less than 6 cm 5) Patients with bilirubin levels below 0.4 mg / dl 6) Patients with glomerular filtration rate over 50cc / min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with allergies to morphine, pregabalin, ropivacaine 2) Patients with drug dependence 3) Patients with chronic pain 4) Patients with sleep apnea 5) Patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 6) Patiens who take analgesics within 24 hours before surgery 7) Patients with mental illness
