Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Couples who are eligible to inclusion criteria and provide informed consent to participate Inclusion criteria: Women's age between 20 and 44 years old, legally married couples without known genetic disorder or other severe chronic conditions affecting reproductive function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occyte or sperm donation cycle, Surrogate, IVF cycles with frozen oocytes or sperm
