Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with herniated nucleus pulposus at L3/L4 to L5/S1 level who complained low back pain and lower extremity radiating pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with low back pain and no radiating pain, substance abuse or drug hypersensitivity, previous spinal surgery, side effects due to steroids, neurological deficits, bleeding tendency , and Lactating and pregnant women.
