Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed malignancy or strongly suspicious malignancy on PET-CT / CT scanning 2. Patients scheduled for curative intended surgery and/or radiotherapy 3. No previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy before curative intended surgery 4. 20 years and older 5. Ability to provide written informed consent for blood sampling 6. Ability to understand the right to withdraw written informed consent without disadvantages

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy and/or curative intended surgery before study enrollment. 2. Previous history of malignancy within 3 years 3. History of organ transplantation requiring immunosuppressive treatment or peripheral blood stem cell transplantation
