Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients visited Hanyang University Guri Hospital who needed blood tests in the emergency room and needed IV catheter maintenance for blood sampling and fluid / medicine treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Visit the emergency room ? Blood test ? Receive IV or IV treatment through IV line. If any of the above items fall into 'No', they are excluded from this study
