Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II, aged 19-85 years, healthy patients undergoing transurethral prostate surgery under general or spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) literacy problem 2) language difficulty 3) ASA III or IV 4) psychotic disease 5) alcohol or drug abuse 6) severe liver or kidney impairment
