Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who had suffered from stroke, hemiplegia, patients with upper extremity dysfunction due to hemiplegia, obey verbal commend(Mini-Mental State Examination 10 points or more) and have moderate spasticity(Modified ashworth scale 2 or less).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Bilateral upper extremity dysfunction (due to paralysis and musculoskeletal problems) - Those who have limited exercise due to other joint problems such as paralyzed upper extremity osteoarthritis - Those who have difficulty performing cognitive or behavioral problems - If you do not agree - Spasticity grade of shoulder or elbow is Modified ashworth scale grade 3 or higher - Unable to maintain a sitting position in a wheelchair or chair - Those who are difficult to maintain due to medical problems such as heart or respiratory.
