Inclusion criteria: ?Those who not know about KT effects ?Those who do not have limitation on back and lower extremities range of motion ?THose who have not have any active joint pain last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Those who have any integumentary diease on quadriceps and calf ?Any injuries on lower extremities ?Pregnency
